自家製3Dプリントプロジェクトとは、3Dプリンターで出力した成果物を商品とする実験的な販売です。商品はご注文を受けてからの製造となります。
素材はABSというプラスチック樹脂です。精度はそこそこ出ていますが、仕上げという意味では3Dプリンター出力の仕上がりです。プリントの向きによりきれいな面と荒れた面があります。プラモ作成など腕に自信のあるお客様は仕上げにチャレンジするのも良いかと思います。
ABS、素材に粘りがあり強度もあります。出力精度の高いZ-ABS v2という素材を使用しています。
Mマウント部分は金属のフランジをを使用しております。
金属とABS樹脂のハイブリット構造です。
大量生産の製品ではないのであまり安くは作れませんが、1個から製造することが出来るのでニッチな商品を提供することが出来ます。

muk3D Zenit M39 → Leica M Adapter
This is a custom adapter for using Zenit M39-mount lenses on Leica M-mount cameras and modern mirrorless cameras.
The camera side of the adapter uses a Leica M mount. By combining it with an M-mount adapter for a mirrorless camera, Zenit M39 lenses can be used on cameras from different manufacturers.
The adapter has been tested with several vintage lenses, including:
Industar-22 50mm f/3.5
Jupiter-9 85mm f/2
Jupiter-11 135mm f/4
Test cameras include:
Sony α7 II
Sigma fp
Fujifilm X-T3
Panasonic Lumix S1
The Leica M mount side does not provide rangefinder coupling. Focusing should therefore be done using the camera's EVF or Live View.
A practical design for screw-mount lenses
Zenit M39 is a screw mount, so the lens must be screwed into the adapter.
To make this easier, I added a grip to the adapter itself. This allows the adapter to be held securely while attaching or removing the screw-mount lens.
This small detail is particularly useful when handling the adapter separately from the camera.
Vintage Soviet and Russian lenses
The adapter is intended for the many interesting vintage lenses made for the Zenit and related Soviet camera systems.
The examples shown on this page include the Industar and Jupiter lens families.
Using the Leica M mount as an intermediate mount makes it possible to use these vintage lenses with a wide variety of modern mirrorless cameras.
Construction
The main body is made from ABS resin using 3D printing.
The adapter uses a metal Leica M-mount flange combined with a 3D-printed ABS body.
The material is Z-ABS v2, selected for its strength and printing accuracy.
This adapter is manufactured as part of the muk 3D Print Project, an experimental small-scale manufacturing project.
Because the adapters are not mass-produced, 3D printing makes it possible to manufacture specialized products for unusual and niche vintage lens mounts, even when the potential market is very small.
The products are manufactured to order.
The 3D-printed surface has the characteristic appearance of a 3D-printed part. Depending on the printing orientation, some surfaces are smoother while others may be rougher.
The adapter is available in black or gray.
