自家製3Dプリントプロジェクト第二弾です。
Sigma fp にハッセルブラッドのファインダーフードを装着するブラケットです。
強い日差しでも液晶が見えやすくなります。ルーペを利用することでアイレベルでの撮影も出来ます。使わない時は折り畳めるので便利です。
液晶すべては見ることが出来ないので、スクエア専用となります。メニューの左右も見えません。
自家製3Dプリントプロジェクトとは、3Dプリンターで出力した成果物を商品とする実験的な販売です。商品はご注文を受けてからの製造となります。
素材はABSというプラスチックです。精度はそこそこ出ていますが、仕上げという意味では3Dプリンター出力の仕上がりです。プリントの向きによりきれいな面と荒れた面があります。プラモ作成など腕に自信のあるお客様は仕上げにチャレンジするのも良いかと思います。
ABS、素材に粘りがあり強度もあります。ABS素材の中でも強度と精度を両立させるためZ-ULTRATという素材をチョイスしました。
「SIGMA fp用ハッセルファインダーフードブラケット」の製造には5時間30分ほどかかります。一日1多くは作れません。（仕様変更で8時間30分から5時間30分に短縮できました。）
大量生産の製品ではないのであまり安くは作れませんが、1個から製造することが出来るのでニッチな商品を提供することが出来ます。
「SIGMA fp用ハッセルファインダーフードブラケット」SIGMA fp本体液晶の下の部分、ヒートシンクの溝を利用して、パチンとはめ込む仕様です。更にストラップのネジを共締めで固定出来ます。
仕様は随時更新しております。このページの写真とは細かな形状に変更がある場合がございます。
※ 下側からブラケットの爪をあてがってから天板をはめこんでください。
外すときは上の天板から外してください。
fpの液晶には保護シートを貼っておく事をおすすめします。
スクエア専用となります。メニューの左右も見えません。

This is a custom 3D-printed bracket for attaching a Hasselblad square finder hood to the SIGMA fp.
It allows the classic Hasselblad finder hood to be used as an external viewing hood for the SIGMA fp's LCD screen.
The finder hood helps make the LCD easier to see in bright sunlight.
When used with a magnifying loupe, it can also be used for eye-level shooting, providing a more traditional camera-like shooting experience.
The finder hood can be folded down when not in use.
For the SIGMA fp
The bracket is designed specifically for the SIGMA fp.
It attaches to the lower part of the camera around the LCD and uses the grooves in the heat sink for its snap-fit structure.
The camera's strap screw can also be used to secure the bracket together with the camera strap.
The bracket is designed for use with a Hasselblad square finder hood.
Because the finder hood covers part of the SIGMA fp's LCD, this setup is intended for square-format shooting.
The left and right sides of the camera's menus cannot be fully seen while the finder hood is in use.
A combination of classic camera accessories and a modern digital camera
The idea behind this project is simple:
Use a classic Hasselblad finder hood to improve the usability of the compact SIGMA fp.
The SIGMA fp has a very small and simple body with no built-in viewfinder.
This custom bracket makes it possible to use an existing optical finder hood as a practical accessory for the camera.
It is an unusual combination, but useful for photographers who enjoy unconventional camera setups.
Custom 3D-printed manufacturing
The bracket is manufactured using 3D printing rather than mass production.
The original design uses ABS resin, printed on a Zortrax 3D printer.
The design has been revised during production to improve the manufacturing time and usability.
The printing time was reduced from approximately 8 hours 30 minutes to 5 hours 30 minutes through design changes.
Because the product is 3D printed, it can be manufactured in small quantities without conventional mass-production tooling.
This makes it possible to create specialized accessories for unusual combinations of cameras and existing photographic equipment.
The product is manufactured to order.
Important information
This bracket is designed specifically for the Hasselblad square finder hood.
It does not provide a full view of the SIGMA fp LCD.
The left and right sides of the menus are not visible when the finder hood is attached.
A screen protector is recommended to help protect the SIGMA fp LCD.
When installing the bracket, attach the lower hooks first and then fit the top plate.
When removing it, remove the top plate first.
