装着方法
↑マウントの赤いマークをZマウントに入れ時計と反対方向に回します。
↑アダプタのこの位置のマークにペンFレンズを入れます。
↑レンズをアダプターの矢印マークに沿って回します。
装着完了です。
↑外すときは、レンズ左側のロックボタンを押しながら時計の方向に回します。
注意
レンズロックの掛かった状態や逆方向に強い力で回すとアダプターの素材が削れてしまいます。
着脱しやすいように指標を設けています。

素材はABSというプラスチック樹脂です。精度はそこそこ出ていますが、仕上げという意味では3Dプリンター出力の仕上がりです。プリントの向きによりきれいな面と荒れた面があります。プラモ作成など腕に自信のあるお客様は仕上げにチャレンジするのも良いかと思います。
ABSは素材に粘りがあり強度もあります。出力精度の高いZ-ABS v2という素材を使用しています。
Eマウント部分は金属のフランジをを使用しております。
金属とABS樹脂のハイブリット構造です。
大量生産の製品ではないのであまり安くは作れませんが、1個から製造することが出来るのでニッチな商品を提供することが出来ます。
樹脂の部品は作れますので、修理の対応が出来ます。

このアダプターは自分用に作りました。
思った以上の出来上がりなので、販売ページに乗せることにしました。
ペンFのレンズはとても思い入れがあり、いつも作りたいと思っていましたが、
懸念事項もありました。
レンズロックの耐久性です。
このマウントはレンズのロックがカメラ側にあり、アダプターは作りやすいと思うところですが、
ロックのレバーが薄い板金で、間違って力を込めると3Dプリンターの素材は削れてしまうのです。
その上、一般的なマウントと回転方向が逆（ニコンと同じ）で、一瞬間違えて力を込めてしまうのではないか。
もう一つ、ロックの押し込みと、絞り込みの押し込みがレンズ上にあり、間違えて力を入れてしまうのではないか。
間違えてしますのは私の経験で皆さんはそんな事は無いのかもしれませんが...
回転方向はあまり意識せ回らなかったら逆に回すみたいな感じで、方向は意識せずにおりました。
自分用に作るには、余ってる他のペンFアダプターを分解して金属マウントを取り出してZマウントのアダプタを作ろうかと悩んで手つかずでおりました。
分かりづらいマウントでは、マークを工夫して示すのお客さんのオーダでもやっていたので、
思いっきり分かりやすくマークで示したマウントを作って見たらどうかと思い立ちました。
わかりやすければ、無駄な力を入れることなくアダプターが使えるのではないか。
幸いZマウントは口径が大きくて、矢印なおど書き込むスペースがたっぷりあります。

しつこい位の大きさの矢印を入れて、外す時は親指がボタンの位置に入りやすいようにマウントをデザインしました。
アダプターが出来上がり、しばらくPENFレンズで持ち歩いて使ってみました。
レンズの着脱がありましたが、一瞬悩んだ時も思い直して矢印をみて無理に力を入れる事もありませんでした。
わかり易い指標作戦は上手くいきました。
写真に写っているフィルムカメラPENFは、以前ペンスケッチ展で活躍した思いれあるカメラです。
僕がAPS-C機が辞められないのはこのレンズがあるからです。

Olympus PEN-F Lens to Nikon Z Mount Adapter
This adapter allows Olympus PEN-F lenses for the original half-frame film camera to be used on Nikon Z mount cameras.
The Olympus PEN-F is a half-frame film camera, and its compact lenses are particularly well suited to APS-C Nikon Z cameras, such as the Nikon Zfc, Z50 and Z30.
This adapter was originally designed for my own use. I have a particular affection for PEN-F lenses and have wanted to make a Nikon Z adapter for them for a long time. After completing the prototype and using it myself, I was pleased with the result and decided to make it available as a product.
One of the main design considerations was the lens locking mechanism. The PEN-F lens mount uses a locking mechanism that can be damaged if excessive force is applied to the 3D-printed material.
To make the adapter easier and safer to use, I incorporated large and easy-to-understand alignment marks and arrows into the design. The marks indicate the position where the lens should be inserted, the direction in which it should be rotated, and the position where the lens is fully locked.
The release button was also designed so that it is easy to reach with your finger when removing the lens.
After completing the adapter, I carried and used it with PEN-F lenses for some time. The large alignment marks proved useful in actual use and helped prevent accidental application of excessive force.
The adapter is manufactured using ABS-based 3D printing. It is a hybrid construction combining 3D-printed ABS resin with a metal mount flange.
Because this is not a mass-produced product, it is manufactured one piece at a time to order.
