ベラのレンズをMマウントに変換するマウントアダプターです。
お客さんのオーダーで作りました。
各メーカのミラーレスマウントにMマウントアダプターを介して装着できます。
他の各メーカーのミラーレス機でも、Mマウントアダプターと組み合わせることで装着できます。
Mマウントを汎用マウントと見立てております。

装着の方法
ベラのマウントはポジティブロック方式です。
アダプターのロック用のリングで固定します。
簡易的に絞りを動かすリングを載せました。
↑アダプターのリングの位置をこの位置にセットしてください。バヨネットが開いた状態になります。
（横から入ったネジの頭にリングが当たる位置）
↑この位置にレンズの位置決めのビスを差し込みます。（ピント指標の位置）
↑奥まで隙間なく差し込んでください。
↑リングを時計回りに締め付けてください。
↑絞りのリングを左右に回してください。レンズの絞りと連結されます。
レンズを見て絞りが動く事を確認してください。
※簡易的にアダプターリングで絞りを動かす仕様です。
リングの指掛が上に付けたので目安にしてください。
↑Mマウントにセットするマークです。
↑Mマウントアダプターを介してα7IIに装着しました。

製法:3Dプリンターでの出力（機種ZORTRAXポーランド製）
自家製3Dプリントプロジェクトとは、3Dプリンターで出力した成果物を商品とする実験的な販売です。商品はご注文を受けてからの製造となります。
素材はABSというプラスチック樹脂です。精度はそこそこ出ていますが、仕上げという意味では3Dプリンター出力の仕上がりです。プリントの向きによりきれいな面と荒れた面があります。プラモ作成など腕に自信のあるお客様は仕上げにチャレンジするのも良いかと思います。
ABS、素材に粘りがあり強度もあります。出力精度の高いZ-ABS v2という素材を使用しています。
Mマウント部分は金属のフランジをを使用しております。
金属とABS樹脂のハイブリット構造です。
大量生産の製品ではないのであまり安くは作れませんが、1個から製造することが出来るのでニッチな商品を提供することが出来ます。
樹脂の部品のみ作れますので、修理の対応が出来ます。

じっくり観察して写真に収めます。
マウントはポジティブロックと言うかスピンゴット方式です。
締め付けるリングは鏡胴の中で目立たないようにデザインされています。
絞りリングはボディ側についており、レンズの後ろ玉はマウントより出っ張っております。
アダプターにはレンズロックのリングと絞りを動かすリングと2連装になります。
絞りリングはMマウント側根本に付けました。
Mマウントの金属パーツで挟み込むようにしました。
リングから連結のレバーを伸ばし、レンズの絞りを動かします。
連結は、マウントをセットしてから、絞りリングを左右に動かせばパッチっとハマるようになっています。
レンズのジョイント部品にスプリングが効いており、無理なく連結すようになってます。

WERRA Lens to Leica M Mount Adapter
This is a custom mount adapter that allows WERRA camera lenses to be used with Leica M mount cameras.
The adapter was made at the request of a customer. The Leica M mount is used as an intermediate mount, so WERRA lenses can also be used with various mirrorless camera systems by combining this adapter with an appropriate Leica M mount adapter.
The WERRA lens mount uses an unusual positive-lock / spin-lock mechanism. The locking ring is located inside the lens barrel and is designed to remain unobtrusive.
Another unusual feature of the WERRA system is that the aperture control is located on the camera body rather than on the lens. The rear element of the lens also extends beyond the mount.
Because of these characteristics, the adapter requires two separate mechanisms: a lens locking ring and an aperture control ring.
The locking ring securely fixes the lens to the adapter. The aperture control ring is connected to the original aperture mechanism of the lens through a small linkage. After mounting the lens, rotating the aperture ring engages the mechanism and allows the aperture to be controlled from the adapter.
A spring-loaded joint is used for the connection so that the aperture mechanism can engage smoothly without excessive force.
The adapter was developed and tested with several WERRA lenses, including:
Carl Zeiss Jena Tessar 50mm f/2.8
Flektogon 35mm f/2.8
Cardinar 100mm f/4
The adapter is manufactured using ABS-based 3D printing, with a metal Leica M mount flange. It is a hybrid construction combining 3D-printed ABS resin and metal.
This is a made-to-order product, manufactured in Japan by muk camera service.
