自家製3Dプリントプロジェクトとは、3Dプリンターで出力した成果物を商品とする実験的な販売です。商品はご注文を受けてからの製造となります。
素材はABSというプラスチック樹脂です。精度はそこそこ出ていますが、仕上げという意味では3Dプリンター出力の仕上がりです。プリントの向きによりきれいな面と荒れた面があります。プラモ作成など腕に自信のあるお客様は仕上げにチャレンジするのも良いかと思います。
ABS、素材に粘りがあり強度もあります。出力精度の高いZ-ABS v2という素材を使用しています。
Mマウント部分は金属のフランジをを使用しております。
金属とABS樹脂のハイブリット構造です。
大量生産の製品ではないのであまり安くは作れませんが、1個から製造することが出来るのでニッチな商品を提供することが出来ます。
樹脂の部品のみ作れますので、修理の対応が出来ます。

Topcon 35A Lens to Leica M Mount Adapter
This is a custom mount adapter that allows lenses for the Topcon 35A camera to be used with Leica M mount cameras.
The Topcon 35A uses a screw-type lens mount. This adapter converts the Topcon 35A lens mount to Leica M mount.
The Leica M mount is used as an intermediate mount, so Topcon 35A lenses can also be used with various mirrorless camera systems by combining this adapter with an appropriate Leica M mount adapter.
This adapter was originally made at the request of a customer.
The adapter is manufactured using ABS-based 3D printing, combined with a metal Leica M mount flange. It is a hybrid construction of 3D-printed ABS resin and metal.
The product is made one piece at a time to order rather than mass-produced. This manufacturing method makes it possible for muk camera service to produce adapters for niche and uncommon lens mounts that would not be practical for conventional mass production.
The 3D-printed resin parts can also be reproduced separately when necessary, making repair or replacement possible.
