自家製3Dプリントプロジェクトとは、3Dプリンターで出力した成果物を商品とする実験的な販売です。商品はご注文を受けてからの製造となります。
素材はABSというプラスチック樹脂です。精度はそこそこ出ていますが、仕上げという意味では3Dプリンター出力の仕上がりです。プリントの向きによりきれいな面と荒れた面があります。プラモ作成など腕に自信のあるお客様は仕上げにチャレンジするのも良いかと思います。
ABS、素材に粘りがあり強度もあります。出力精度の高いZ-ABS v2という素材を使用しています。
Mマウント部分は金属のフランジをを使用しております。
金属とABS樹脂のハイブリット構造です。
大量生産の製品ではないのであまり安くは作れませんが、1個から製造することが出来るのでニッチな商品を提供することが出来ます。
写真と仕様が変わることがございます。
素材の色を黒とグレーから選べます。

muk3D Tenax II M — ZEISS IKON Tenax II Lens to Leica M Adapter
This is a custom adapter for using lenses from the ZEISS IKON Tenax II camera on Leica M-mount cameras and modern mirrorless cameras.
The camera side uses a Leica M mount, allowing the adapter to be combined with M-mount adapters for various mirrorless camera systems.
The adapter has been tested with the ZEISS Sonnar 4cm f/2 lens.
It has been used with:
Leica M Monochrom (M246)
Sony α7 / α7 II
Sigma fp
Fujifilm X-T3 / X-T4
The Leica M version does not provide rangefinder coupling, so focusing is performed using the camera's EVF or Live View.
A rare camera and lens mount
The Tenax II is a rare historical camera made by ZEISS IKON, and its lens mount is not a commonly available modern adapter standard.
This was exactly the kind of unusual mount that motivated the muk 3D Print Project.
The initial confirmed lens for this adapter was the Sonnar 4cm f/2.
If you have another Tenax II lens that does not fit, it may be possible to modify the design. In some cases, the lens can be sent to muk for checking and a revised adapter can be manufactured.
Custom 3D-printed manufacturing
The adapter is manufactured using 3D printing rather than mass production.
The main body is made from ABS resin, using Z-ABS v2 material and a Zortrax 3D printer.
The Leica M mount uses a metal flange, creating a hybrid construction of metal and 3D-printed ABS resin.
This manufacturing method makes it possible to produce adapters for very rare lens mounts, even when there is almost no conventional market for them.
The product is manufactured to order.
One of the advantages of the muk 3D Print Project is that a single specialized adapter can be produced without the tooling and production quantities normally required for conventional manufacturing.
This Tenax II adapter has also been ordered by customers outside Japan.
