SIGMA fpの真ん中あたりに外付けファインダーを装着するブラケットです。
左右のストラップのネジと共締めでブラケットを装着します。
素材:ABS樹脂
製法:3Dプリンターでの出力（機種ZORTRAXポーランド製）
自家製3Dプリントプロジェクト第一弾です。
自家製3Dプリントプロジェクトとは、3Dプリンターで出力した成果物を商品とする実験的な販売です。商品はご注文を受けてからの製造となります。
素材はABSというプラスチックです。精度はそこそこ出ていますが、仕上げという意味では3Dプリンター出力の仕上がりです。プリントの向きによりきれいな面と荒れた面があります。プラモ作成など腕に自信のあるお客様は仕上げにチャレンジするのも良いかと思います。
ABS、素材に粘りがあり強度もあります。ABS素材の中でも強度と精度を両立させるためZ-ULTRATという素材をチョイスしました。
「SIGMA fp 外付けファインダーはここじゃないとブラケット」の製造には4時間30分ほどかかります。一日に多くは作れません。
大量生産の製品ではないのであまり安くは作れませんが、1個から製造することが出来るのでニッチな商品を提供することが出来ます。

↑本来は板バネのサポートが入るアクセサリシューですが、2mm厚のプレートがはさみ込める様になっており、素材のたわみを利用するような設計です。アクセサリーの中にはきつい物もゆるい物もあるかもしれません。くれぐれもストロボやガンマイクなど重い物は装着しないようお願いします。

muk3D fpB1 — External Finder Bracket for SIGMA fp
This is a custom 3D-printed bracket for attaching an external optical finder to the SIGMA fp.
The bracket positions the external finder near the center of the SIGMA fp, providing a more traditional camera-like shooting position.
The bracket is secured using the two strap-mount screws on the left and right sides of the camera.
The first muk 3D Print Project
This was the first product developed as part of the muk 3D Print Project.
The muk 3D Print Project was started as an experimental project to manufacture specialized photographic accessories using a 3D printer.
The idea is to produce small quantities of unusual and specialized products that would not normally be practical to manufacture using conventional mass-production methods.
This SIGMA fp finder bracket was one of the first examples of this approach.
Designed for the SIGMA fp
The SIGMA fp is a compact digital camera without a built-in viewfinder.
This bracket allows an external optical finder to be positioned in the center of the camera, making the camera easier to use in a more conventional eye-level shooting style.
The bracket uses the camera's existing strap screw positions, so no modification to the camera body is required.
Accessory shoe
The bracket also provides an accessory shoe.
The accessory shoe is designed to accept accessories using a flexible 2mm-thick plate structure.
Because the shoe is made from 3D-printed resin, accessories should be kept lightweight.
Do not attach heavy accessories such as flashes or large gun microphones.
Some accessories may fit more tightly or loosely depending on their individual dimensions.
Custom 3D-printed manufacturing
The bracket is manufactured using 3D printing rather than mass production.
The original design uses ABS resin, selected for its combination of strength and flexibility.
The material used was Z-ULTRAT, printed on a Zortrax 3D printer.
One bracket takes approximately 4 hours and 30 minutes to print, so only a limited number can be produced in a day.
Because the product is 3D printed, it can be manufactured one unit at a time, making it possible to offer specialized accessories that would be difficult to produce commercially in small quantities.
The design has been updated over time, and the exact shape may differ slightly from the photographs shown in the original article.
