Olympus-ACE用のレンズをMマウントに変換するマウントアダプターです。
各メーカのミラーレスマウントにMマウントアダプターを介して装着できます。

レンズロックの溝は深さが0.5mmと浅く、アダプターのロックを作るには強度的に心許無いので、レンズをつまむよう様に付いているポッチを利用しました。このポッチが無ければ製作は諦めてたかもしれません。

この組み合わせでは距離計連動が無いので、ピントは目測です。
装着のコツ
レンズの向かって右側のポッチとアダプターの三角マークを合わせて差し込みます。
奥まで入ります。
右に回します。レンズのポッチの部分が付き当たります。
（本来のオリンパスエースのボディの場合は左回りですが構造の都合で右回りで作りました。）
↑アダプターの溝にロックする別部品を差し込みます。
↑指で押し込みます。少し固めに作っています。
↑ロック出来ました。
↑安全のためロック部品を付属のネジで止めます。
出来上がり。
↑Mマウントに装着するには、Mマウントのピンの位置とアダプターのこのノッチを合わせ装着します。
↑アダプターのロック部品を外すときは、小さ目なマイナスドライバーなどでこじってください。
固めに作ってあります。この部分にドライバーを差し込みやすいように隙間を浮かしています。
素材:ABS樹脂
製法:3Dプリンターでの出力（機種ZORTRAXポーランド製）
自家製3Dプリントプロジェクトとは、3Dプリンターで出力した成果物を商品とする実験的な販売です。商品はご注文を受けてからの製造となります。
素材はABSというプラスチック樹脂です。精度はそこそこ出ていますが、仕上げという意味では3Dプリンター出力の仕上がりです。プリントの向きによりきれいな面と荒れた面があります。プラモ作成など腕に自信のあるお客様は仕上げにチャレンジするのも良いかと思います。
ABS、素材に粘りがあり強度もあります。出力精度の高いZ-ABS v2という素材を使用しています。
Mマウント部分は金属のフランジをを使用しております。
金属とABS樹脂のハイブリット構造です。
大量生産の製品ではないのであまり安くは作れませんが、1個から製造することが出来るのでニッチな商品を提供することが出来ます。
樹脂の部品のみ作れますので、修理の対応が出来ます。

オーダー頂きました。オリンパスエースのマウントアダプター
お客さんのオーダーで作り始めたオリンパスエースのアダプターを作りました。
お借りしたレンズを採寸したわけですが、見ているうちにどうにもこのレンズが欲しくなってしまい、自分用も購入してしまったのです。
ヘリコイドの動きの滑らかさや、ピント連動のピンなど作りがとても良いのです。
レンズを覗けばまさにズイコーな感じで、この45mmレンズで撮影したくなりました。
国産初のレンズ交換式距離計連動レンジファインダー機だそうです。
距離計連動の機構が凝ってますね。
他にも35mmレンズと80mmレンズがあるようです。
レアマウントですが、お客様にオーダーを頂きレアレンズをお借り出来たのでアダプターが出来上がりました。

muk3D Olympus ACE M — Olympus ACE Lens to Leica M Mount Adapter
This is a custom adapter for using Olympus ACE lenses with Leica M mount cameras and adapters.
The adapter converts the original Olympus ACE lens mount to Leica M mount. By using Leica M as an intermediate mount, the lens can be used with many modern mirrorless cameras by combining this adapter with the appropriate M-mount adapter.
The Olympus ACE is a rare historical Japanese rangefinder camera system. It was notable as an early Japanese interchangeable-lens rangefinder camera with a coupled rangefinder.
This adapter was developed at the request of a customer. The original Olympus ACE lens was provided for measurement, allowing the mount dimensions and locking mechanism to be examined directly.
One of the most difficult parts of the design was the lens locking mechanism.
The original lens has a locking groove only about 0.5 mm deep. Reproducing this shallow groove directly in a 3D-printed adapter would not provide sufficient mechanical strength.
Fortunately, the lens also has a small protruding grip / locking tab. The adapter was designed to use this part instead of relying on the shallow groove.
The adapter therefore uses a separate locking component. After the lens is inserted and rotated into position, the locking part is pressed into place and secured with a small screw for safety.
The direction of rotation is different from the original Olympus ACE camera because of the mechanical constraints of the adapter design.
The adapter was tested with the Olympus E.Zuiko 45mm f/2.8 lens.
It was used on several modern cameras, including:
Sony α7
Sony α7 II
SIGMA fp
FUJIFILM X-T4
Leica M6
The Leica M6 example is for physical compatibility; because this adapter does not provide rangefinder coupling, focusing is performed manually.
The adapter is manufactured using Z-ABS v2 ABS resin with a metal Leica M mount flange. This hybrid construction combines a metal camera-side mount with a 3D-printed ABS body.
The printed part retains the characteristic appearance of a 3D-printed component. Depending on the printing orientation, some surfaces may be smoother while others may show visible printing texture.
The adapter is produced one unit at a time after an order is received.
3D printing makes it possible to manufacture specialized adapters for rare historical camera systems even when the potential market is extremely small.
This project is a good example of the kind of work carried out by muk camera service: a customer provides an unusual lens, the original mount is examined, and a custom mechanical solution is designed around its actual construction.
Other lenses were also known to exist for the Olympus ACE system, including 35mm and 80mm lenses.
