お客さんのオーダーで作りました。
各メーカのミラーレスマウントにMマウントアダプターを介して装着できます。
他の各メーカーのミラーレス機でも、Mマウントアダプターと組み合わせることで装着できます。
Mマウントを汎用マウントと見立てております。
素材:ABS樹脂
製法:3Dプリンターでの出力（機種ZORTRAXポーランド製）
自家製3Dプリントプロジェクトとは、3Dプリンターで出力した成果物を商品とする実験的な販売です。商品はご注文を受けてからの製造となります。
素材はABSというプラスチック樹脂です。精度はそこそこ出ていますが、仕上げという意味では3Dプリンター出力の仕上がりです。プリントの向きによりきれいな面と荒れた面があります。プラモ作成など腕に自信のあるお客様は仕上げにチャレンジするのも良いかと思います。
ABS、素材に粘りがあり強度もあります。出力精度の高いZ-ABS v2という素材を使用しています。
Mマウント部分は金属のフランジをを使用しております。
金属とABS樹脂のハイブリット構造です。
大量生産の製品ではないのであまり安くは作れませんが、1個から製造することが出来るのでニッチな商品を提供することが出来ます。
樹脂の部品のみ作れますので、修理の対応が出来ます。

M44のスクリューマウントです。
スクリューマウントは規格なんだから簡単だろうと考えてしまいますが、実はネジはパラメーターが多くそう簡単ではありません。ネジピッチの他に山の高さやあそびの具合は当時の設計者が勘どころで決めていたと思われます。M42やCマウントもそうですが、現代のISO規格とは別物だったりします。
3DプリンターではCADで書けばプリント出来ますが、現物合わせで何回か寸法を変えて詰めていきます。これまでもいろんなスクリューマウントのご依頼を受けて来たのでだいぶ慣れて来ました。
お借りしたレンズはとても綺麗な個体のレンズで、見惚れておりまました。
フランジバックはバヨネットと同じで作りやすかったです。

Miranda M44 Screw Mount Lens to Leica M Mount Adapter
This is a custom mount adapter that allows Miranda M44 screw mount lenses to be used with Leica M mount cameras.
The adapter was made at the request of a customer. The Leica M mount is used as an intermediate mount, so the Miranda M44 lens can also be used with various mirrorless camera systems by combining this adapter with an appropriate Leica M mount adapter.
The M44 screw mount is an unusual lens mount used by Miranda. Although screw mounts may appear simple, the thread dimensions are not determined only by the thread pitch. Thread height, clearance and other details can also affect the fit. Some historical lens mounts do not necessarily conform to modern ISO standards.
For this reason, the adapter was designed using CAD and then adjusted through test fitting with the actual lens. The dimensions were refined through several iterations to achieve a proper fit.
The adapter is manufactured using ABS-based 3D printing, with a metal Leica M mount flange. It is a hybrid construction combining 3D-printed ABS resin and metal.
The flange distance of the Miranda M44 lens is the same as the Miranda bayonet mount, which made it possible to design the adapter relatively easily once the screw mount dimensions had been determined.
This is a made-to-order product, manufactured in Japan by muk camera service.
