ミランダの外爪バヨネットマウントをMマウントに変換するマウントアダプターです。
お客さんのオーダーで作りました。
各メーカのミラーレスマウントにMマウントアダプターを介して装着できます。
他の各メーカーのミラーレス機でも、Mマウントアダプターと組み合わせることで装着できます。
Mマウントを汎用マウントと見立てております。
装着方法
3Dプリンターの素材のためレンズロックは独自の機構を工夫しました。
本来はバヨネットの縁にレンズロックの鈎爪を引っ掛ける仕組みですが、
3Dプリンターの素材は弾力性があり、バヨネットエッジは金属の用に立たず爪が引っかかりません。
別途の部品でバヨネットに杭を打つような仕組みでロックを作りました。
↑カメラにMマウントアダプターを装着した状態です。
↑先にレンズにアダプターをセットします。
↑マークを合わせます。
↑レンズを時計方向の回してセットします。
↑Mマウント側からロックの部品を差し込みます。
↑念のためネジで固定します。
カメラに装着します。
※注意事項
マウントの形状が薄い筒状のため、強度はあまりありません。
長玉や、重たいレンズは装着を控えてください。
ストラップで下げて歩く時など、レンズに手を当てるなどして気をつけてください。

自家製3Dプリントプロジェクトとは、3Dプリンターで出力した成果物を商品とする実験的な販売です。商品はご注文を受けてからの製造となります。
素材はABSというプラスチック樹脂です。精度はそこそこ出ていますが、仕上げという意味では3Dプリンター出力の仕上がりです。プリントの向きによりきれいな面と荒れた面があります。プラモ作成など腕に自信のあるお客様は仕上げにチャレンジするのも良いかと思います。
ABS、素材に粘りがあり強度もあります。出力精度の高いZ-ABS v2という素材を使用しています。
Mマウント部分は金属のフランジをを使用しております。
金属とABS樹脂のハイブリット構造です。
大量生産の製品ではないのであまり安くは作れませんが、1個から製造することが出来るのでニッチな商品を提供することが出来ます。
樹脂の部品のみ作れますので、修理の対応が出来ます。

お客様より、ミランダバヨネットとミランダスクリューのアダプターの作成依頼をいただきました。
以前もバヨネットは一個作ったことがあったのですが、公開するには踏ん切りが付かないでおりました。
難しい構造だと、少ないサンプルで作った物は、自信が乗せきれないというか、確信が持てない事があります。
今回、大変綺麗なレンズを2本お借りしました。マウントも綺麗であまり使い込んでないレンズの状態でした。
この機会に公開に踏み切りました。
貴重なレンズをお預けくださりありがとうございました。

このロックを利用したかったのでが、3dプリンターの素材では弾力でロックが逃げてしまいます。
いつもの設計では、真横からバヨネットに杭を打つようロックを作るのですが、
ミランダの外爪バヨネットでは、レンズのスカートが被さっており、横からはアプローチ出来ませんでした。
今回はMのマウント面側からロックの部品を差し込むように工夫しました。

Miranda Outer Bayonet Lens to Leica M Mount Adapter
This is a custom mount adapter that allows Miranda lenses with the outer bayonet mount to be used with Leica M mount cameras.
The adapter was originally made at the request of a customer. It converts the unusual Miranda outer bayonet mount to Leica M mount.
The Leica M mount is used as an intermediate mount, so the Miranda lens can also be used with various mirrorless camera systems by combining this adapter with an appropriate Leica M mount adapter.
One of the main challenges in designing this adapter was the lens locking mechanism.
With a conventional metal bayonet mount, the lens can be locked by hooking a locking claw onto the edge of the bayonet. However, 3D-printed ABS resin has some flexibility, so a conventional locking claw would not reliably engage with the thin bayonet edge.
The Miranda outer bayonet also has a skirt around the mount, which makes it difficult to access the bayonet from the side.
To solve this problem, a separate locking part was designed to be inserted from the Leica M mount side. The locking part engages the Miranda bayonet and is secured with a screw.
The adapter is manufactured using ABS-based 3D printing and a metal Leica M mount flange. It is a hybrid construction combining 3D-printed ABS resin and metal.
This is a made-to-order product, manufactured in Japan by muk camera service.
