ArgusC44のレンズをMマウントに変換するマウントアダプターです。
各メーカのミラーレスマウントにMマウントアダプターを介して装着できます。

お客さんのオーダーで作りました。
他の各メーカーのミラーレス機でも、Mマウントアダプターと組み合わせることで装着できます。
Mマウントを汎用マウントと見立てております。

装着の方法
3つのバーツで構成されています。
・アダプター本体
・ピントリング
・ロック部品
↑α7IIにMマウントアダプターが装着されてます。
↑レンズのマウント側です。
↑先にレンズにピントリングをセットします。
レンズのマウント側のピントリングの切り欠きに、ピントリングの凸をあわせて押し込んでください。
↑指掛が指標にかぶる向きで差し込みます。
↑マウントアダプターをセットします。
合わせのマークがあります。レンズマウント赤いマークとマウントアダプターのマーク（写真の人差し指のところ）を合わせます。
↑差し込んだら、止まる場所まで回します。
↑ロック部品を、アダプターに差し込みます。
↑ロック部品を差し込みました。
↑、落とさないように、ロックの部品をネジ止めします。
素材:ABS樹脂
製法:3Dプリンターでの出力（機種ZORTRAXポーランド製）
自家製3Dプリントプロジェクトとは、3Dプリンターで出力した成果物を商品とする実験的な販売です。商品はご注文を受けてからの製造となります。
素材はABSというプラスチック樹脂です。精度はそこそこ出ていますが、仕上げという意味では3Dプリンター出力の仕上がりです。プリントの向きによりきれいな面と荒れた面があります。プラモ作成など腕に自信のあるお客様は仕上げにチャレンジするのも良いかと思います。
ABS、素材に粘りがあり強度もあります。出力精度の高いZ-ABS v2という素材を使用しています。
Mマウント部分は金属のフランジをを使用しております。
金属とABS樹脂のハイブリット構造です。
大量生産の製品ではないのであまり安くは作れませんが、1個から製造することが出来るのでニッチな商品を提供することが出来ます。
樹脂の部品のみ作れますので、修理の対応が出来ます。

ご依頼主のお客様より、ArgusC44のレンズ2本を預かりました。
1個しか無いレアなレンズは、採寸しても、他のレンズで微妙な寸法が違う場合があります。
1個のレンズに合わせてマウントアダプターを作っても、2つ目で、入らない場合もあります。
サンプルは多いにこした事が無いですが、レアなレンズは集まる訳もなく、修正が必要になる場合もあります。3Dプリンターで作ることで、対応出来るのでご安心ください。
CINTAGON 50/1.9 と100/3.5。
なかなかコンパクトで収まってfpにちょうどよいです。
アルミのローレット部分はピントリングではなく、その下の黒い部分がピントリングです。本来のボディでは、ギヤと噛み合ってボディ上部でピントを調整します。そのままでは回しづらいので、指掛かり付きのリングをはめ込みました。
かっこいいアルミ鏡胴はきっとSigamBFと合うのではと思いました。

Argus C44 Lens to Leica M Mount Adapter
This is a custom mount adapter that allows Argus C44 lenses to be used with Leica M mount cameras.
This adapter was a particularly challenging project to design. However, that was exactly what made it interesting and enjoyable to work on.
The Argus C44 has an unusual lens mount and mechanical structure, and it was not possible to design the adapter simply by converting one mount standard to another. The dimensions, locking mechanism, and clearance around the rear of the lens all had to be carefully considered.
The adapter was developed by examining the actual camera and lens, measuring the mount, and creating multiple prototypes using 3D printing. The design was refined through repeated test fitting until the lens could be securely mounted while maintaining the necessary clearance.
The Leica M mount is used as an intermediate mount. By combining this adapter with an appropriate Leica M mount adapter or helicoid, the Argus C44 lens can also be used with various modern mirrorless cameras.
This project is a good example of the kind of work that muk camera service particularly enjoys: designing an adapter for a lens mount that does not have a straightforward commercial solution.
The adapter is manufactured using ABS-based 3D printing, combined with a metal Leica M mount component.
This is a made-to-order product, manufactured one piece at a time in Japan by muk camera service.
