Agfa Ambi-Silette のレンズをMマウントに変換するマウントアダプターです。
お客さんのオーダーで作りました。
各メーカのミラーレスマウントにMマウントアダプターを介して装着できます。
↑ソニーα7IIとColor-Solinar 50mmF2.8
他の各メーカーのミラーレス機でも、Mマウントアダプターと組み合わせることで装着できます。
Mマウントを汎用マウントと見立てております。

↑Sigma fpとColor-Telinear 90mmF4
装着の方法
ロックの方法が少し特殊です。
このマウントは特殊な形状です。筒に溝が一周切ってある形状です。
Cリング型のロックプレートで固定する方法をとりました。
↑Mマウント装着した、Sigmafpです。
先にアダプターとレンズを装着します。
↑マークを合わせてアダプターにレンズマウントを差し込みます。
レンズの指標は上に来ないで少し斜めになります。（構造上そのように設計しました）
この時点では、レンズを支える物はないので、外れてレンズが落ちないよう気をつけてください。
写真には、アダプターの溝の中に、マウントの溝が見えます。
↑ロックをのプレートをアダプターの溝に差し込みます。
ロックプレートは裏表の向きがあります。
四角のくぼみがある方が、前面です。
↑奥まで差し込みます。
プレートを奥まで差し込めばロック出来ています。
マウントアダプターの外し方、
ロックプレートを抜けばレンズは外れますが、
プレートを抜いた時点ではレンズは保持されないので、カメラを置いた状態で外すなど、
気をつけてください。

製法:3Dプリンターでの出力（機種ZORTRAXポーランド製）
自家製3Dプリントプロジェクトとは、3Dプリンターで出力した成果物を商品とする実験的な販売です。商品はご注文を受けてからの製造となります。
素材はABSというプラスチック樹脂です。精度はそこそこ出ていますが、仕上げという意味では3Dプリンター出力の仕上がりです。プリントの向きによりきれいな面と荒れた面があります。プラモ作成など腕に自信のあるお客様は仕上げにチャレンジするのも良いかと思います。
ABS、素材に粘りがあり強度もあります。出力精度の高いZ-ABS v2という素材を使用しています。
Mマウント部分は金属のフランジをを使用しております。
金属とABS樹脂のハイブリット構造です。
大量生産の製品ではないのであまり安くは作れませんが、1個から製造することが出来るのでニッチな商品を提供することが出来ます。
樹脂の部品のみ作れますので、修理の対応が出来ます。

大変貴重なカメラ、Agfa Ambi-Siletteとレンズ4本セットをお送りいただけました。
とても綺麗なセットで正直ビビリました。
所見のカメラですが、レンズの質感がものすごい迫力を発揮しており、なかなか触るが恐ろしかったです。
マウントの形状もかなり特殊です。
小径で、バヨネットはなく、マウントの筒に一周溝が掘ってあるものでした。
あれれ、難しいかも。
溝の位置もレンズの付け根に近いので支える強度も心配です。
これはギブアップかもと思いましたが、レンズの圧にビビって冷静ではないので、少し時間をおいて考えることにしました。
レンズ、カメラと一緒にジャンクボディから外された、マウント部分も一緒に送られて来ました。
ロックの仕組みがどうなってるのか見てみると、レンズのマウントの筒の切り欠きをセットして、ちょっと回転させると、絞りの羽のようにマウント溝にブレードが入り込みロックされる仕組みでした。
そのロックの感じが実にクイックで、今まで触ってきたバヨネットとは違い、実に軽快な感触でレンズを着脱出来る素晴らしい機構でした。
ほんのちょっとの回転でカチッとロックされます。感触を伴う機構のアイデアに感動しました。
お客さんは重量的に130ミリは対応しなくて良いと言っていたので、以前作ったArriマウントのCリング風ロックプレートの方法で挑むことにしました。
せっかくお借りしたので、写真に要所の写真を残しておきます。

Agfa Ambi-Silette Lens to Leica M Mount Adapter
This is a custom mount adapter that allows Agfa Ambi-Silette lenses to be used with Leica M mount cameras.
The adapter was originally made at the request of a customer. The Leica M mount is used as an intermediate mount, so the Ambi-Silette lenses can also be used with various mirrorless camera systems by combining this adapter with an appropriate Leica M mount adapter.
The Agfa Ambi-Silette lens mount has a very unusual design. Instead of a conventional bayonet mount, the lens has a cylindrical mount with a groove running around its circumference.
Because of this unusual shape, a conventional bayonet locking mechanism could not be used. The adapter was therefore designed with a C-shaped locking plate that fits into the groove of the lens mount and securely locks the lens to the adapter.
The original Ambi-Silette locking mechanism was carefully examined using the actual camera, lenses and mount parts. The original mechanism uses a similar concept in which a locking blade engages with the groove after a small rotation of the lens. The smooth and quick locking action was an interesting feature of the original design.
The adapter was designed using the same general principle while adapting it to a 3D-printed structure.
The adapter was tested with several Agfa Ambi-Silette lenses, including:
Color-Ambion 35mm f/4
Color-Solinar 50mm f/2.8
Color-Telinear 90mm f/4
Color-Telinear 130mm f/4
The adapter is manufactured using ABS-based 3D printing, with a metal Leica M mount flange. It is a hybrid construction combining 3D-printed ABS resin and metal.
This is a made-to-order product, manufactured in Japan by muk camera service.
